Sure, the sunset has gotten all the romantic publicity.  But really, you should check out the sunrise, especially at Laketrails.  It takes a little work, but sunrises are so much better than sunsets.  With a little practice, or an alarm clock, you can watch the world wake up.  The mist might still be hovering over the water.

No motors are in ear-shot, let alone no boats in sight.  And, the bugs are usually much calmer in the morning.  The sky is just as beautiful as the evening, but the colors come back to everything.  I hope that everyone gets a chance to see a great sunrise, especially one on the lake… especially from a gorgeous island campsite.
